All-on-4 replaces every tooth in a jaw with a single fixed bridge carried on four implants — two straight at the front, two tilted at the back to use the strongest bone and avoid the sinus and the nerve. All-on-6 adds two more implants for extra support where bone allows. The bridge is screwed to the implants; it does not come out at night, it does not move, and it lets you bite into food a denture never could. For someone with failing teeth or a loose full denture it is the treatment that changes daily life most.
The quality of a full-arch case is decided before the implants go in. A CBCT scan shows how much bone there is and where the sinus and nerve run; the number and angle of implants, and whether four are enough or six are safer, follow from that scan, not from a price list. The honest limits: "teeth in a day" means a fixed temporary bridge in a day, not the final teeth — those come after the implants have integrated. A very soft or very thin jaw may need six implants or grafting, and occasionally a different approach. The bridge needs cleaning underneath every day and a professional check yearly; it is a long-term commitment, not a one-off purchase.

Techniques and options
All-on-4
Four implants per arch: two vertical at the front and two angled up to 45 degrees at the back, which lengthens the implants in the available bone and usually avoids sinus lifts and nerve issues. A fixed temporary bridge is screwed on within days in most cases. The final bridge follows integration.
All-on-6
Six implants spread along the arch for more support and redundancy — chosen when bone allows and when the bite is heavy (grinding, a strong opposing natural dentition). If one implant is ever lost, the bridge can usually be kept on the remaining five.
Immediate loading with a temporary bridge
When the implants reach the required stability at placement, a light acrylic temporary bridge is fixed within 24–72 hours so you leave with teeth. It is designed for a soft diet during integration. If stability is not reached, a healing period with a denture comes first — safer than forcing it.
Final bridge materials
A hybrid bridge (acrylic teeth on a titanium bar) is lighter and easier to repair; a monolithic zirconia bridge is stronger, more natural and stain-resistant but heavier and costlier. Both are made in the on-site laboratory; the choice is made with you at the plan stage.
Extractions and grafting in the same session
Remaining failing teeth are removed, sockets cleaned and, where needed, grafted at the same time as implant placement. Large deficits are staged.
What happens on surgery day

Before you travel: send a panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan; the clinical team confirms All-on-4 or All-on-6, bridge type, and a written all-inclusive price per arch. Nothing changes on arrival unless the scan shows something new.

Visit 1, day 1: examination, CBCT scan, digital records of your face and bite for the bridge design; medical review and, for full-mouth cases, an anaesthetic assessment.

Recovery timeline
Days 1–3
Swelling and bruising of the face, soreness managed with prescribed painkillers, liquid and puréed food. Cold compresses; sleep with the head raised. Antibiotics and antiseptic rinses.
Days 3–7
Temporary bridge fitted; a strange, full feeling and some speech adjustment for a week or two are normal. Soft food only. Stitches dissolve or are removed.
Weeks 2–12
